FloormapVS2i - Corrosion Mapping & Detection MFL Floor Scanner
The FloormapVS2i floor scanner is a computerised MFL tank bottom scanner designed to detect and size underfloor corrosion. The FloormapVS2i is the latest version of the best selling magnetic flux leakage floor scanner and now comes with up-graded magnets to improve defect detectability & sizing on thicker materials, faster data capture with a custom designed micro controller and all new software.

 

MFL 2000 - Corrosion Screening MFL Floor Scanner
The MFL 2000 is a high speed, motorised magnetic flux leakage corrosion detection scanner capable of inspecting approximately 8000 square feet per shift. The ergonomic design coupled with the latest magnetic technology have resulted in an easy to operate, accurate, reliable and cost effective inspection tool.

 

Handscan - Mini MFL Floor Scanner
The Handscan MFL corrosion detection mini scanner is designed to compliment the, MFL 2000 and FloormapVS2i floorscanners. Even in such a small configuration the latest generation of permanent magnets enable localized magnetic saturation of the floor area under test.

 

Pipescan - MFL Pipeline Inspection System
Pipescan is an easy to use, cost effective, portable, magnetic flux leakage inspection system for the detection of random internal corrosion pipe runs. The latest magnetic material coupled with unique mechanical designs enables coverage of all pipe diameters from 48mm to 2.4 metres with a limited number of scanning heads.
