Shipping

At InTech NDE you will never get any surprises on shipping costs. We stock and ship everything from our warehouses, thus you will never have multiple shipping charges from various manufacturers on one invoice.  

All sales are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise agreed upon or stipulated on a particular product on the website. Title to merchandise will transfer to Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier if shipped collect. Orders will be shipped overnight air unless otherwise requested. We do not ship chemicals outside of North America and chemicals are shipped ground only. Export fees/duties (if applicable) are to be billed to the Purchaser. Please provide your freight account number for direct billing. For international orders outside of North America IntechNDE requires you to have an active Fedex or DHL account in good standing. Handling and insurance charges will be included in freight charges. Rush shipping orders may to subject to additional handling charges.

Responsibility for loss or damage in transit rests with the Purchaser. InTechNDE will help in providing all needed information for processing freight claims.

 

Returns Policy

InTech NDE will take return of merchandise for exchange or credit within 30 days from the date of original shipment.  Simply give us a call or e-mail us to receive a return authorization number.  No special orders, unless defective can be returned. Returns are subject to inspection and must be in new saleable condition. No freight collect on returned items unless prior agreement in writing. All Freight charges, customs clearance charges, duties and any other related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Payment Methods

All international payments are in US Dollars. Outside of North America payment by EFT or Bank Transfer only. We accept Visa, Mastercard or cheques from North American customers only. If paid by cheque, your order may be held until your cheque clears your bank.
